| General
#1 this forum is aimed at a general audience. This means our site is designed for 13 year olds and older. Everything must be aimed at this year level and older. Explicit, vulgar language, drug talk, nudity, porn and so forth is not allowed.
#2 Do not be a mini-mod. We'd like to encourage and thank members to use the report button but not add their own criticism.
#3 All publicly displayed messages are limited to English only. This includes posts, titles, signatures, other forms of public display.
Warning System
#1 Members who disobey the rules will be warned or banned depending on what the moderator believes is the appropriate punishment.
#2 Members can be warned and the warning level reaches 100 the member will be banned immediately.
#3 A warning can be reduced after a while unless you're banned. If a time frame is set, your warning will automatically expire after a certain number of days.
If you believe you do not deserve the warn please contact an admin. Talking back to the moderator who gave you the warning with no sense of respect will lead to further warnings.
Posting Etiquette (manners)
#1 All the topics must contain a description.
#2 Treat others positively and with respect. Flaming other members will lead to a warning, possibly even a ban.
#3 Topics must be submitted to the relevant forums. Please read the forum descriptions before posting.
#4 Topic titles must be descriptive.
Example:
A good example is "Help needed with game".
A bad example is "HEEEEELP!".
#5 Bumping is allowed provided that the reply has relevant information that is useful to the continuance of the topic. Short intervals of bumps is not allowed to bump the topic up onto the first page by the same person.
Example:
Allowed: A topic discusses a news event. The topic's discussion has died but there is new striking evidence to turn thoughts around. A reply with such information that is relevant and useful is allowed.
Allowed: Requests may only be bumped once every 96 hours since the last reply.
Disallowed: A one-liner reply with the words "lol".
Disallowed: Bumping topics continuously to get them up to the first few pages.
#6 Double posting of the same links may lead to a warning, especially if you have your own independent topic for a set of links and yet still post the same links in related topics with the intention of gaining exposure.
Also use the edit button when altering your reply if you're the last to post in the topic.
#7 Images must be hosted on image hosting websites
#8 Content of posts should not be explicit, offensive, shocking, discussions of demerit commodities or pornographic unless it is posted in an educational sense. Content which is inhumane or unethical to be viewed by ages below 13 years old is not allowed.
Example:
Mainly for movies: Mainstream horror, gore, bloody movies are allowed. Videos such as bum fights, real death scenes, cruelty to animals, or anything which is just indecent/sick is not allowed.
#9 All links must be coded

link posted here
).
allowed links to rapidshare and mega upload and other hosting sites can be kept live
#10 No topic hijacking (going off topic).
#11 Requesting mirrors is allowed in topics as long it is requested in a polite manner.
#12 Post count milestones may be posted at 500, afterwards only in increments of 1000. (ie: 1000, 2000, 3000)
#13 SG is some of the few forums providing shoutbox.So, you have to follow the rule when talking in shoutbow:-
*English is the only language that should be used when talking.
*Be polite & use humble words when replying at shoutbox.
*don't request for any stuff at shoutbox.
#14 Do not ask us to send files to your Email address. So do not post email addresses resulting in a warning.
Signing Section Rules
#1. Don't Request twice to get your request more importance. Yes you can request once and if your request has not been completed in 72 Hours then you can PM Signing Team/Master with link of your post.
But do not request via PM if you haven't requested.
#2. Signing of your app/game will be completed only in Signing Section. Other requests at any other section will be trashed.
#3. Request in Signing Section with your IMEI number,Phone Model, App/Game in your attachment or if its popular like rotateme , flip silent they give its name and version in your request post.
#4. Remember Signing is required in Symbian Mobile Phones which have operating system S60 9.1 & Above. Below that there is no need of signing.

#3 Signatures can only be 100KB or less in total file size and and Signature size at max should be 300 by 100 .
#4 All avatars should follow General Board-wide #1 rule.
#5 All user names to not exceed 15 characters, and may not refer to a email or any web site - use good taste here.
